We have Industrial area of 75 x 35 meter, with the industrial shed of 8,000 Sq.ft connected with 99 KEB HP power supply and 45 KVA Captive Power Generator, Open space of 25,000 Sq.ft available for Assembly & Development and separate area for storing raw materials/finished goods. We also have 15 ton EOT Crane with 50 feet lift height, and roller machines for heavy fabrication/assembly Process lines. Modern infrastructure is available to fabricate high precision equipment in conformity with proper codes and standards.
Fabrication, when used as an industrial term, applies to the building of machines, structures, of process equipment for the chemical or fertilizer sector, by cutting, shaping and assembling components made from raw materials.
The raw material has to be cut to size. This is done with a variety of tools; Special and saws designed for cutting meal have hardened blades and a feed mechanism for even cutting.
Welding is the main focus of steel fabrication. The formed and machined parts will be assembled and tack welded into place then rechecked for accuracy. A fixture may be used to locate parts for welding if multiple well-meant have been ordered.
After the well-meant has cooled it is generally sand blasted primed and painted. Any additional manufacturing specified by the customer is then completed. The finished product is then inspected and shipped.
